location.

My home is in Sydney, Australia. I have been living in Sydney most of my life. It is simply the best place on Earth. I really wanted to say that it is the best place in the universe, but as I haven't had the opportunity to venture outside our little Earth, I am not in a position to say that.

My precise address, of course, will not be disclosed online. I am a person that takes my privacy very seriously, and I hope you all respect that.

bio.

A male humanoid. For those of you who are scientifically inclinded, this specie is known as "homo sapiens". I also belong to the sub-group, or racial group, know as "chinese", and more precisely Cantonese speaking chinese.

Date of birth. Wouldn't you want to know. I put this question back to you: how old, or young, do you think I am?

religion.

I am a Christian. I belong to the congregation of the Evangelical Free Church of Australia (EFCA). I also belong to the Elijah Fellowship (a group that caters for young adults) within this church.

I was not born a Christian. I became one around 6 years or so ago. Why did I become a Christian? The simple one line answer: I became convince that God (ie. the Christian God) is real, is in full control, and is actively guiding my life. The full explanation concerning my conversion to Christianity is more complex. If you are interested, please do take a look at my explanation.

marital status.

career.

No, despite what many people think, I am not a web designer, nor am I an IT person. Although that would be a nice alternative if I ever feel like a change in career.

The best description of my job is Tax Consulting. I currently work for Ernst & Young in Sydney.

My job involves a mixture of legal and (some) accounting skills. With the constantly changing law in Australia, it is a challenging and interesting job. Overall, I enjoy it very much. There are of course things that I dislike about it, but hey there are no perfect job out there - every job bound to have an aspect (or aspects) that is bad. The important question is how bad is the bad aspect, and whether the good aspect is good enough.

I am qualify as both a Chartered Accountant (member of the ICAA in Australia) and a Legal Practitioner (admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW).
